Welcome!  I am Kathy Voige, a Registered Dietitian, Licensed Dietitian-Nutritionist and member of the American Dietetic Association.  I obtained my undergraduate degree at University of Pittsburgh, and went on to complete the coordinated program of nutrition and dietetics at Marywood University.  Currently, I am finishing my graduate degree there as well; my thesis on the effects of cinnamon in type 2 diabetic individuals is the last key to the puzzle.  In addition to individual nutrition counseling and public speaking, I am also the dietitian at Mahoning Valley Nursing and Rehabilitation Center.
