Dr. Brookshire Shares an Anti-flu Tonic
Here is the recipe to make the anti-plague formula: make in a 1-3 gallon glass jug: -12-18 habernero peppers -2 white onions -1 big horse radish -2 ginger roots -12-18 garlic bulbs (50-60 in total) -1 gallon Bragg's raw apple cider vinegar with the Mother shake everyday and store in a cool dark place. after 3 weeks, strain into cheese cloth. -take 1 tablespoon per day for prevention -take 3 tablespoons per day if infected with ANY virus until symptoms subside -put in 20 oz of water and drink all day or drink all at once.
this takes 3 weeks to make so start making it NOW in preparation for the swine flu outbreak that will 'suppossedly' rear its ugly head. in case of an outbreak - as a naturopathic doctor i'm advising to: -self-quarrantine -have enough food and water on hand to stay indoors 2 weeks -take the anti-plague formula 1 tablespoon in water and drink daily. (it is excellent on greens, cabbage, and on salads) in order to avoid the swine flu: -wash your hands with regular soap - not the anti-bacterial stuff (which is how we got here with an antibiotic resistant strain of a flu anyhow) -go to bed by 10pm, kids by 8pm -drink water hourly -urinate hourly -3 bowel movements per day -3 fruits -3 veggies
